How it’s figured
We don’t know what groceries cost where you live, so every price is yours: check your grocery receipt or the shelf tag for the store price per pound. Harvest value is the sum of (pounds harvested × your store price per pound) across every crop you enter. Net savings is harvest value minus your total garden costs. Pounds you gave away still count — somebody ate them instead of buying them.
